Charlie's Transmissions

I had an outstanding experience speaking with Edgar at Charlie's Transmission. As a small business owner who depends on my truck every day, I truly appreciated the time Edgar took to help me make an informed long-term decision. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me, looked up my VIN, and patiently explained my truck's engine, towing capacity, and why I was experiencing repeated transmission problems. He took the time to educate me and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was that he genuinely wanted me to understand my options instead of simply recommending an expensive repair. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and treated me with genuine respect. It's rare to find someone who is willing to spend that much time helping a customer over the phone with no pressure. Because of the way Edgar treated me, Charlie's Transmission has earned my trust, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing transmission service. Thank you, Edgar, for your professionalism, integrity, and kindness. It made a lasting impression.

I just had Charles replaced or excuse me rebuild the transmission in my 2008 F450 Dooley got it back in four days. The work was completed no issues. The truck is better than it ever has. My fuel mileage is went up and have no issues Edgar and Carlos were awesome. I would definitely recommend them.

I have had a repeat issue with my clutch pedal, and I took it to Charlie’s so they could see what is wrong with it. I worked with Edgar, and from our first conversation, I felt so comfortable with him, and he made this whole process so easy. He explained everything I needed to know, and he is so kind and courteous. Having my car out of commission is stressful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was able to solve my issue, and I know who I’m going to call if I have any other transmission issues as my car gets further into her golden years. Thank you, Edgar!!

Edgar at Charlies Transmission was so helpful and kind. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my vehicle (Who knew there was a thing called a "parking prawl"?). He let me know when I could expect my vehicle back and even went above and beyond to bring my car back to me at work so I did not have to find a ride to get my car. It is rare these days to find someone you can trust and you know they are sincere in their desire to help you! He was honest and I appreciated that. They have a customer for life now!
